MIPS 25th Anniversary Gala and Impact Awards
Celebrating 25 Years of Economic Impact in the State of Maryland

Come help us celebrate and see many of the companies, faculty and technologies developed through the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) program, an initiative that has supported technology product development projects with more than 500 different Maryland companies and University System of Maryland faculty members since 1987.

Commercial products benefiting from MIPS projects have generated more than $23.6 billion in revenue, added thousands of jobs to the region, and contributed to successful products such as Martek Biosciences’ nutritional oils, Hughes Communications’ HughesNet™, MedImmune’s Synagis®, and Black & Decker’s Bullet® Speed Tip Masonry Drill Bit.
